At Affordable Comfort, we want every customer to love their purchase. Because each piece is carefully selected and priced to deliver exceptional value, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on any purchase — new or pre-owned.
Pre-Owned Furniture Exchanges
We understand that sometimes a piece doesn’t work out as expected. That’s why we offer exchanges on pre-owned furniture within 3 days of delivery.
How it works:
- You may exchange your item for any other available piece in our current inventory.
- If the new item costs more, you simply pay the difference.
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
- A $100 restocking fee applies to each exchange.
- Previous delivery fees are non-refundable, and a new delivery fee will apply for the replacement.
Our “We’ll Make It Right” Promise
While we don’t offer a formal warranty, we proudly stand behind our products and service.
If there’s an issue caused on our end — such as a missing cushion, incorrect item, or a defect we missed — we’ll make it right, 100%.
However, if the issue arises on your end (for example, a color change of heart, incorrect measurements, or pet-related damage), responsibility remains with the buyer.
Tip: Always double-check dimensions and configurations before purchase to ensure your new piece fits your space perfectly.
Deposits
- Deposits to hold an item are refundable within 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, deposits become non-refundable — no exceptions.
